Democrats in the United States have a big decision to make in the coming months. Who to trust to campaign against our incumbent President in 2020. The stakes feel terribly high. Would the United States survive another 4 years of a Trump presidency? Would the planet?

The emotional climate of this country is currently set to a low frequency. All you have to do is look at our President’s Twitter account to see the tone. A lack of kindness is celebrated. It is considered refreshing and bold by a shockingly large percentage of our population. How do we get back to a place of striving for higher moral ground? Were we kidding ourselves that we had any higher moral ground in the first place? Did we ever as a country truly come from a place of kindness and decency? What was propaganda? What was real?

For better or worse the veil has been lifted. All is in the process of being revealed. The question is what is or is not acceptable? We are human after all. History shows that the most cruel behavior will be tolerated. We are certainly not special in that regard. Look at the way human beings are treated at the border right this minute. Human rights violations happen everywhere, all the time.

The truth is American citizens are not special. We are just like every other human on this planet. Each of us is capable of striving for a higher frequency, or not. Not striving for a higher frequency is certainly easier. Everyone is terrible so why should any one person be any different? But that is what it takes. One person at a time, taking personal responsibility to strive to be their highest self. This right here just may be exactly the shift that is happening in the world today. Individual responsibility. We are each facing a choice. Who do we want to be?

Does any one leader have the answer? Again, the veil has been lifted and the answer is probably not. There is no human being that can pass the purity test. But each of us can certainly strive to choose someone who is at least attempting to reach a higher frequency. Someone who at least has the desire to help steer this overly large ship in a different, more positive direction. That is what voting is all about. Do we have any control over what is happening in Washington DC? Probably not. But each vote certainly sends a message. Who do we want to be as a country?

We are in the middle of an identity crisis and it truly can go either way. Every time we vote, we make a choice. We can go the everyone is terrible route or we can send one small message that a higher frequency is desired. This choice is ultimately a matter of self respect. Keep in mind, the less respect we have for ourselves the less inclined we will be to express our highest self.

When I look at the Human Design charts of the top five Democratic Presidential candidates I don’t see anyone who is perfect. But we now know no one is perfect don’t we? So where does that leave us? The Human Design chart utilizes the Chinese I-Ching, the Hindu Chakras, the Kabbalah Tree of Life, and quantum physics to interpret western and eastern astrology and illustrate exactly how we are defined as a person at the time of our birth. Now I don’t have a time of birth for all of the candidates so I will focus on what stays the same in their charts over the course of the day they were born.

Bernie Sanders -

Now with Bernie Sanders I see a chart that contains leadership qualities. I have a time of birth for him so I know he is what we call a 5/1 Profile. This is significant. Because the line 5 individual is highly charismatic and has the energetic effect of a potential guru. People will project their needs and wants onto him and see him as someone who can save them. Now this is actually a bit unfair to him. No one can actually live up to these projections. Not really. We’ve established that he, just like everyone else is human after all. But it explains why his supporters are so passionate about him.

He also has leadership in a prominent planetary position. Which means people will naturally turn to him for leadership. He comes from a generation that has democratic leadership ingrained in them as well. So this is a man with a leadership configuration that believes in a democracy.

He is a Projector type who subsists on sheer ego and will power. So that means with the right invitation, he is here to guide people. It also means energetically that he needs to delegate as much as possible. He will amplify the energy of the people around him and he won’t always know for himself when enough is enough. But he needs to schedule in rest. His staff needs to schedule in rest. I’m honestly not surprised he had a heart attack. Campaigning has to be a grueling schedule for a Projector type and he is pushing his will power to the limit. He is here to tell people what to do. Not do everything himself.

Bernie is an extremely competitive person who is inclined to behave in shocking ways and say shocking things. His is the chart of the shaman who must find spirituality through physical trials. So he is not afraid of difficulty. There is nothing he loves more than persuading someone who doesn’t agree with him to see things his way. He is not above rearranging the facts a little to accomplish this.

But his goals are pure. He is here on this planet to assist people to grow and improve their lives.

Pete Buttegieg -

Mayor Pete is all about bringing law and order to the chaos. In his world laws are meant to provide the structure for fairness to this world. But he also needs to make sure that those laws still make sense for the current climate and time because he can be a bit of a traditionalist. This is a man who would always regard the constitution with the greatest respect. Despite his youth, he would represent a return to how things have been traditionally done in Washington. A return to dignity, integrity, respect, and honor.

He has very strong values that are a product of his experience. He is a gifted storyteller and has a talent for transmitting his message in an extremely effective way to sell his ideas. Pete Buttegieg is a Generator Type so he is perfectly capable of rolling up his sleeves and getting things done for the country.

Amy Klobuchar -

Amy is a classic Manifesting Generator Type which means she has a very powerful energy to act in response, always preferring be busy lining up her next agendas and figuring out how to implement her plans. Which I imagine makes her a very effective Senator.

She is an extremely capable person who has learned many of her lessons the hard way. She has been there and done that to the extent that she is pretty good at everything she tries and there can be a bit of world weariness in that. She hates to be bored.

While I do not have a time of birth for her, as I run her chart throughout the day, her conscious line 5 energy remains consistent. So with that said, like Bernie she is also in the projection field with people looking to her to fulfill their needs with the highest of expectations. Even more so due to the definition in her chart, people may fantasize that they have a bonding agreement with her whether she is aware of it or not.

But Amy is all about making agreements and honoring those agreements. Communication is key. Her word is her bond. It is extremely important to her that the people in her extended family (and when you have been accepted into her close knit community, you are considered family) take these agreements just as seriously. She will not accept anything less from those in her inner circle.

Interestingly, she has two very distinct sides to her personality. On one hand she is a true individualist who is here to follow her own convictions and maintain a strong commitment to her own higher principles regardless of what other people think. This exampled behavior is very empowering and inspiring to other people. On the other hand she is compelled to be a contributing, supportive part of the community as a whole and her bonds with people sustain her. So the duality here is whether or not she is empowering people through her example as a self respecting individualist or whether she is a fully participating, supportive member of a group, working for the betterment of all concerned. Both sides are extremely effective but when she is fully participating in her community she may find that she is feeling less fulfilled as an individual and vice versa, therein lies the rub.

Her ambitious nature can get her into a little trouble but in the end her innate need to maintain her own self respect and self love will steer her in the right direction. Integrity is very important to her.

Elizabeth Warren -

Elizabeth Warren is quite literally a vessel of love. She has a deep love for humanity and she is driven by her dream of a more humane world. She is a Generator type who is quite capable of rolling up her sleeves and getting things done herself thank you very much with consistent energy and enthusiasm.

She is extremely talented and will approach each task with an almost clinical depth until she feels she is doing the very best she can. Hence her very thoughtfully written plan for almost every issue. She is someone who has no problem starting a task and then seeing it through until it is finished. This is in fact one of her gifts. She also comes from a generation who is built to support democratic leadership.

At heart however she is a humanitarian and whether she realizes it or not, would represent a return to a United States that is seen as a humanitarian force in this world.

Joe Biden -

Joe Biden is gifted at conveying concepts and he wants nothing more than to make a contribution to society. He is here to inspire people whether he is aware of it or not. He is a naturally talented and enthusiastic person who has this tendency to succeed where others fail and yet fail where most people succeed. He can get himself into trouble if he relies too much on his natural talent without putting in the depth of work required for expertise.

A Generator type, he has the consistent energy to get that work done however. He is also from that same generation that has Democratic Leadership ingrained. So yes, he fundamentally believes in a democracy. I have a time of birth for Joe so I also know he is a 4/6 profile which means he is someone who finds his opportunities through his connections with other people and is a natural role model whether he is aware of it or not. Others are continually, energetically influenced by his example.

So there you have it, each of these candidates have unique qualities that would be very effective as President of the United States. Each would be in their own way a refreshing contrast to the current administration. The question is, what are the qualities that are important to you? What qualities do you want to be presented to the world as the representation of American values?

Energetically, Bernie Sanders may have the best potential to get people excited about voting which is no small feat. People will tend to be more passionate about him and more intuitively see him as a leader. Of course his message of democratic socialism might also shock and scare part of the population. But if there was ever a time where people were open to a shocking point of view, it is now and he is uniquely capable of persuading the American public to see things his way. He is quite literally here on this earth to persuade people to see things his way.

Buttegieg could potentially strike a powerful chord if he focused on the lawlessness of the current administration and portrayed himself in contrast as a return to law, order, and integrity.

I believe Klobuchar would have an impact on voters if she focused on a message of her commitment to higher principles and strong, unwavering personal convictions in direct contrast to the current administration. That she would represent a return to the United States being seen as a country that truly honors its agreements.

If Warren shifts her message however to one that is a bit less cerebral and more heartfelt, more an expression of love, I feel people would respond to the energetic authenticity of that. Love would indeed be a salve to the current climate.

Biden would do well to stick with inspirational messages that also portray him as a good role model for the country. Again, a good contrast to the current administration. The United States as a role model to the rest of the world once again.

Long story short, we have a great choice to make. A multitude of riches in fact. Whichever message strikes the deepest chord for you should be your choice. Which highest expression do you want to represent the Unites States? But in the end I hope each of us can also fully support whichever candidate is on the ballot in November. We need to convince folks who are not democrats to vote for a democratic candidate. The very soul of this country depends on it.

We are better than this. I submit that everyone is not terrible. That we each have the potential to have terrible moments but we each also have the potential to raise our frequency to be the highest expression of ourselves. It certainly helps to surround yourself as much as possible with higher frequency folks but the responsibility ultimately lies within ourselves.

It starts with the individual. Strive to be a better version of yourself, and then support any and all movement towards a higher frequency world.
