This is the energy for DEMOCRATIC leadership. DEMOCRATIC leadership can be a bit tricky. Because someone with this energy defined knows they are a leader. But they will get themselves into trouble if they decide to start leading without being chosen first. Meaning, this leader needs to be called out and elected into leadership. If not, people will resent this energy for taking over and telling them what to do.

But if someone with this energy waits to be elected, they will receive very strong support. This is the energy for approaching leadership as a service. It is here to lead others in the manner that serves them and serves their interests. The key here is to INFLUENCE what people want and then deliver it the way they want it.

Are you a natural leader? Do people turn to you for guidance and direction? What happens when you take a leadership role? Do you experience rejection? Do you experience support? Why? Are you good enough to lead? Are you prepared to lead? Do you even want to lead? How do you support the leaders in your life? Why not? Are they DEMOCRATIC? Did you ask them to take the lead?
